Your first launch: what to prepare before you talk to Nallo
The first prompt you give Nallo matters more than any setting you will touch afterwards. Not because the model is fragile — it is not — but because a vague brief produces a plausible business instead of a viable one.
Here is what we ask founders to bring to their first session, and why each item changes the outcome.
1. A constraint, not an idea
"I want to sell skincare" is not a brief. "I want to sell skincare in France, average basket above €40, and I can put €500 a week behind it" is one. Constraints are what let Nallo reject options — and rejecting options is most of the work.
The founders who get results fastest are the ones who arrive with a budget ceiling and a margin floor. Everything else Nallo can research.
2. Your real numbers, if you have them
If you already sell something, connect it before you ask for anything new. Nallo reads your Stripe and your ad accounts and will tell you where the current business leaks before proposing a second one. Roughly a third of first sessions end with "fix this before launching anything else" — which is the correct answer.
3. A margin floor you will actually defend
Set it in the chat, in one line:
minimum net margin 30%, weekly ad budget €500, cooldown 14 days
These become hard rules. Nallo will not launch a market that fails them, and it will tell you which rule blocked what.
4. Somewhere to be wrong cheaply
Your first launch is a test, not a bet. Pick a niche where a failed test costs you two weeks and €500, not three months and your savings. Nallo will happily build the ambitious one — but the ambitious one teaches you less per euro.
What happens in the first session
- Market validation with search volume, CPC and competition, in under a minute
- An offer proposal with target margin and price point
- A store, copy and visuals produced together, not sequentially
- Campaigns queued on your own ad accounts, waiting for your approval
You approve, or you do not. Nothing goes live without you the first time.
The one mistake worth avoiding
Do not ask for five businesses at once. Nallo can run several — that is what Premium is for — but the rules you write for the first one are the rules that govern all the others. Get them right on a business you understand, then let Empire Mode duplicate what already works.
