NalloMiner
Point it at a business
that already exists.
NalloMiner is the reconnaissance agent. It reads a live business — the storefront, the database, the server, the ad accounts — infers how it actually makes money, and hands Nallo a working model of it. Read-only until you say otherwise.
Three ways to start
Whatever you already have,
the operating chain is the same.
Create from zero
You describe the outcome in one sentence. Nallo validates the market, incorporates the company if you need one, then builds the store, the payments and the campaigns.
Connect via Shopify
One OAuth click. Nallo reads your catalogue, orders, customers and ad accounts through the official APIs, audits what is leaking, and proposes fixes before touching anything.
Anything else, via CLI
Custom stack, your own server, a database nobody documented. NalloMiner reads it, infers the business model and hands Nallo a working picture of it.
$ npx nallominer scan https://…What a scan actually does
Five phases. You can stop
after any of them.

NalloMiner crawls the public surface — catalogue, pricing, pages, structured data, SEO footprint — and identifies the stack behind it. Nothing is touched, nothing is written.
read-only · minutes
With a read-only key or an SSH session you provide, it maps the database schema, the order history and the server logs. It reports what it could not interpret instead of guessing.
read-only · your key, your revocation
It infers the business model: what actually sells, the real margin, the seasonality, where traffic comes from and where money leaks. This becomes Nallo's world model of your business.
still no write access
Only now does it ask for write scopes — one at a time, each with what it unlocks. Grant campaigns without granting the catalogue, or the reverse.
you approve each scope
Nallo operates what you granted, under your margin floor and budget ceiling. Every action is logged and reversible, and any scope can be revoked in one click.
reversible · revocable
Once it is in, it stays
The scan is day one.
This is every day after.
It adapts to change
Schema migrations, new products, price updates, a seasonal catalogue swap. The world model re-syncs on every change instead of going stale three weeks after onboarding.
It updates and maintains
Dependency and security updates, certificate renewal, backup verification, disk and queue health. Each change is proposed with its diff — you approve, it applies, it can roll back.
It learns from your data
Every order, refund, support thread and log line sharpens the margin model, the seasonality curve and the acquisition picture. Your data trains your model — never pooled with anyone else’s.
It trains the AI team on your product
Each agent is briefed on your catalogue, your tone and your policies. The support agent knows your delivery terms; the content agent knows your product names; the finance agent knows your VAT setup.
It reads the ad accounts
Google, Meta and TikTok spend is reconciled against settled revenue, not platform-reported conversions — so you find out which channel is actually paying for itself.
It verifies every night
The nightly health check confirms your business can still take money, and Nallo Dreaming replays the day and prepares tomorrow’s proposals.
It tells you what it did not understand
The list of unknowns is the
most useful page of the report.
A reconnaissance agent that guesses is worse than none. When NalloMiner meets a table it cannot map, a pricing rule it cannot reproduce or a channel it cannot attribute, it says so and refuses to model it. Those gaps are listed with what would resolve them — a column description, a read on one more table, or a five-minute call.
Nothing is taken. Everything is granted.
The permission model is
the whole product here.
Read-only by default
The scan and the deep read never write. You can run NalloMiner, read the report and walk away — nothing changed.
One scope at a time
Write access is requested per capability, with the actions it unlocks spelled out. Granting ads does not grant the catalogue.
Revocable in one click
Revoke a scope and Nallo keeps operating what it still can, and tells you exactly what it lost.
Questions
Do I have to migrate anything?
No. NalloMiner reads your stack where it is. Nallo then operates through your existing tools — it does not move your data or replace your platform.
What access does the CLI need?
For the public scan, none. For the deep read, a read-only database user or an SSH session you open and close. Credentials stay on your machine; only the derived model is uploaded.
What if my stack is unusual?
That is the case NalloMiner exists for. Shopify and WooCommerce have OAuth; everything else goes through the CLI. If it cannot infer something, it says so rather than assuming.
Can it take control without me?
No. Reconnaissance never writes, and every write scope is an explicit grant. There is no path from a scan to a live action without your approval.
Is it available on every plan?
The scan and the report are free and unlimited. Handing control to Nallo requires a paid plan — see pricing.
