The service
Nallo operates commercial activity on your behalf: research, publishing, advertising, customer support and settlement, through the tools you connect.
You remain the owner and the legal operator of every business Nallo runs for you. Nallo acts on your instruction and within the rules you set.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for what happens under your credentials.
- Keep your access credentials confidential.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One account per legal entity unless agreed otherwise.
Billing and revenue share
Plans are billed monthly in advance, or yearly with a 20% discount. Prices exclude VAT.
The revenue share is calculated on net revenue generated by businesses Nallo operates — gross revenue minus refunds, chargebacks and payment processing fees. It is invoiced monthly in arrears.
You can change or cancel your plan at any time. Changes are prorated; the new revenue share rate applies from the day of the change.
What Nallo will not do
- Operate anything illegal in the markets concerned.
- Sell regulated goods without the licences the law requires.
- Run advertising that breaches the policies of the ad platform.
- Bypass a rule you have set — margin floors and budget caps are hard limits.
Liability
Nallo takes commercial decisions on your behalf and some of them will be wrong. You keep control: every action is proposed, logged and reversible, and you set the ceilings.
Our liability is capped at the fees you paid over the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
