Nallo Dreaming
While you sleep,
it runs tomorrow a thousand times.
Between 01:00 and 05:00 — no traffic, nothing at stake — Nallo replays the day it just lived, simulates thousands of versions of the next one, and wakes up with a ranked plan and the reasoning behind it.
A mistake made at 3 a.m. in simulation costs nothing.
A real-time agent has to decide in 0.4 seconds with the compute that fits in that budget. At night there is no such constraint — so Nallo spends four hours doing what it cannot afford during the day: trying the option it rejected, and finding out whether it was wrong.

What happens during a session
Five phases, roughly four hours.
Every one of them is logged.
- ReplayNallo re-runs the day it just lived, decision by decision, and asks what a different choice would have produced.
- SimulateThousands of variations of tomorrow — budget splits, price points, creative rotations — scored against your margin floor.
- Stress testThe checkout, the certificate, the payment rails and the tax rules are pushed until something breaks. In simulation, not in production.
- RankThe surviving scenarios are ordered by expected net margin, not by revenue. The top three become tomorrow’s proposals.
- SleepCompute is released. The morning brief is waiting when you open the dashboard.
It tells you when it was wrong
Counterfactual replay is the
uncomfortable half of the feature.
“Yesterday at 14:20 I moved €240 from Bundle offer to Summer collection. In replay, holding the budget one more day would have earned €61 more, because the Bundle margin recovered on Tuesday evening. I have widened the observation window on that rule from 48 to 72 hours.”
Most systems only surface what worked. Dreaming reports the decisions that lost you money, because that is where the next rule change comes from. Every counterfactual is in your morning brief, whether it flatters Nallo or not.
What you get in the morning
One brief, three proposals,
and the reasoning for each.
The brief
What was replayed, what was simulated, what broke in the stress test, and what changed in the rules.
Ranked proposals
Ordered by expected net margin, each with the scenario that produced it and the ones it beat.
The failures
Every scenario that broke a constraint, and which one — so you can see where your own rules bind.
You control the night
Dreaming is on by default
from Starter+.
The window
Default 01:00–05:00 in your business timezone. Narrow it, move it, or turn it off entirely.
The compute budget
More scenarios means better ranking and a bigger bill on Enterprise. Starter+ and Premium run a fixed allocation.
What it may prepare
Simulation is always allowed. Pre-generating creative or drafting campaigns is opt-in, and nothing goes live without your approval.
Ten founding merchants.
Free for life.
