Exit

Built to be sold —
including without us.

A business you cannot sell is a job. Nallo operates yours so it stays sellable: clean books, documented procedures, and a decision history a buyer can audit. Then it packages the sale and lists it — or hands it to a broker.

The uncomfortable truth about autonomy

Nobody selling AI agents
will tell you this one.

An autonomous business is worth less, not more — unless you fix it.

A buyer looking at a business that only runs because an AI runs it is not buying a business. They are buying a subscription and a dependency, and they discount for it — heavily. Every hour Nallo saves you is an hour of undocumented institutional knowledge that lives nowhere a buyer can inspect.

So Nallo does the opposite of what an agent normally does: it documents itself out of the loop. Every recurring operation becomes a written procedure. Every decision is logged with its reasoning. A competent human — or a different operator entirely — can pick the business up and keep it running. That is what makes the multiple hold.

The due diligence pack

Produced continuously,
not assembled in a panic.

No other operator can produce a provenance-verified operating history, because no other operator made the decisions. This is the artefact that turns four years of activity into something a buyer can price.

  • Audited books, reconciled transaction by transaction since day one
  • The full decision log — every action, its trigger, its reasoning and its outcome
  • Verifiable revenue and traffic provenance a buyer can check independently
  • Written procedures for every recurring operation, generated as Nallo runs them
  • The rule set: margin floors, budget ceilings, approval thresholds
  • Nightly health-check history proving the business kept taking money

Our conflict of interest, stated plainly

You would work it out
in thirty seconds anyway.

Selling your business ends our revenue share.

GetNallo earns a percentage of the net revenue Nallo generates. A sale stops that stream. Left unaddressed, that gives us a reason to discourage a sale, or to time one badly for you and well for us.

We handle it with a success fee on the sale — a percentage of the price, degressive by plan. It means our incentive flips at exactly the moment yours does: we earn more when you sell higher, and we earn nothing by stalling you. The fee is capped, disclosed before any listing, and you can always sell without us and pay nothing.

Charged only on a completed sale, on the price actually received. Market brokerage on businesses this size runs 5–10%.

Winding down is part of the job

If we incorporate it,
we can close it.

Most businesses do not get sold. They stop. A platform that only knows how to start companies leaves you with an administrative mess when one fails — a dormant entity, an open VAT registration and filings nobody made.

01

Final filings

Accounts closed and filed, VAT deregistered, payroll and social declarations settled where they apply.

02

Everything switched off

Subscriptions cancelled, ad accounts closed, domains released or transferred, data exported to you in full.

03

A written post-mortem

What was tried, what it cost, and which assumption turned out to be wrong — so the next attempt starts further along.

Questions

Do I have to sell through you?

No. You can list it yourself, use your own broker, or sell privately. The success fee applies only if the sale goes through GetNallo. The due diligence pack is yours either way.

What if Nallo tells me not to sell?

It will tell you when it thinks the timing is wrong, and it will show you the numbers behind that. You decide. The fee structure is designed so that advice is not self-serving — but read it and judge for yourself.

Does the buyer have to keep GetNallo?

No, and that is the point. The pack exists so the business is transferable without us. If the buyer keeps Nallo running, that is their decision, not a condition of the sale.

Who owns the data and the decision log?

You do. It is exported in full on request, and on wind-down it is exported automatically before anything is switched off.

What happens to the revenue share after a sale?

It ends on completion. There is no trailing claim on the business you sold, and no clause following the buyer.
