Trials that convert.
Churn that does not.
Nallo reads your Stripe and your product events, then operates the funnel around them — landing pages, onboarding, activation and win-back.
Where it hurts today
Growth teams do not lack
dashboards. They lack hands.
The funnel is measured, not operated
You know the trial-to-paid rate. Nobody has time to run the eleven experiments that would move it.
Onboarding is written once
The sequence shipped a year ago still runs, unchanged, against a product that changed twice.
Churn is noticed late
By the time the cohort chart shows it, the customers who left are three weeks gone.
What Nallo actually does
It reacts to the funnel,
not to a weekly report.
Lifecycle
An operator that reads Stripe and acts the same hour.
Nallo watches signups, activation events and payment status. When a cohort stalls it writes and ships the sequence that addresses it, then measures whether it worked — and reverts if it did not.
- Landing pages and pricing tests produced and shipped
- Onboarding sequences rewritten against real activation data
- Dunning and win-back handled on failed payments
- Weekly written summary of what changed and why

From a founder like you
Trials, onboarding and churn are watched every night. Every decision is written to a log you can audit, and reversed in one click for 24 hours.

Questions
Does it need access to my codebase?
No. Nallo operates around the product through Stripe, analytics and your marketing tools. It never needs to deploy your code.
Will it email my customers without asking?
Only within the rules you set. By default every sequence is proposed and waits for your approval the first time.
Can it handle usage-based billing?
Yes, as long as the metering lives in Stripe. It reads the invoices, not your database.
What if my funnel is unusual?
Tell it in plain language. The rules you write are the constraints it operates under.
