NalloBank

One account.
One company. Every business.

A business payment account for the company that owns your brands, with cards your AI co-founder can spend on — inside ceilings it cannot raise. Nallo is not a bank and does not hold your money: the account is opened and held by a licensed electronic money institution.

What it changes

An account your co-founder
can operate, within limits.

One account, every business

The account follows the legal entity, not the brand. Five businesses under one company means one IBAN — and Nallo attributes every movement to the business that generated it.

analytical split, not a legal one

Cards Nallo cannot raise

Nallo gets its own virtual cards, restricted to ad networks and SaaS merchants, with a hard daily ceiling. The ceiling is enforced by the card network. A limit the agent could raise would not be a limit.

300 € / day on ads, enforced upstream

Reconciled, not just listed

Every payout is matched to the orders behind it, every ad charge to the campaign that spent it. The statement stops being a list and becomes an explanation.

It prepares, you send

Nallo drafts transfers — beneficiary, amount, reference — and puts them in your approval queue. It never initiates an outgoing payment on its own, at any autonomy level.

    Sanctions and PEP screening

EU, UN and OFAC lists, re-run continuously.

These are the customer due diligence obligations of the fifth anti-money-laundering directive. They are performed by [licensed EMI to be named], the authorised institution — Nallo never sees your identity documents.

Nallo is not a bank, and this is not a deposit

Issuing an IBAN and holding client funds requires authorisation. Nallo has none and does not seek one. The account is opened and held by [licensed EMI to be named], authorised by the MFSA (Malta Financial Services Authority). Nallo operates the account; it never holds your money.

Funds are safeguarded, not covered by deposit guarantee. There is no 100 000 € protection as on a bank deposit. This is a different protection, and it is weaker in insolvency.

The IBAN is Maltese because that is where the institution is authorised. It is a SEPA IBAN: refusing it is unlawful under Regulation (EU) 260/2012, article 9. In practice some French administrations still reject non-FR IBANs — expect a follow-up, sometimes two. Your company remains taxed where it is established; nothing about the account changes that.

Questions

Is NalloBank a bank?

No. It is a payment account provided by a licensed electronic money institution, operated through Nallo. We never use the word deposit, because these are not deposits.

Can Nallo send money on its own?

No, at any autonomy level. It prepares transfers with beneficiary, amount and reference, and they wait in your approval queue. The only autonomous spending is on its own virtual cards, whose ceilings are enforced by the card network rather than by Nallo.

What happens to my existing bank?

Nothing. NalloBank does not replace Revolut, Qonto or your incumbent. Nallo reads those through a licensed account aggregator under PSD2, read-only, with consent that expires every 90 days.

One account for several businesses?

Yes, if they sit inside the same legal entity. Nallo attributes every movement to the business that generated it. If a business is held by a separate company, it needs its own account — mixing two entities on one IBAN is a fault, not a shortcut.

What if I leave?

You export the statement history and close the account. The IBAN belongs to the company, not to us.
