Nallo takes real actions
It moves budget, changes prices and answers customers. Onboarding a merchant is not a signup form — it is reading a live business and agreeing on what Nallo may touch. That does not scale to hundreds in a first cohort.
We need to be wrong cheaply
Ten businesses is enough to find where the model breaks and small enough that we can fix it before it costs anyone real money.
Free for life is not a promotion
It is what a founding merchant is worth to us. You take the risk of an unfinished product; you keep the price of zero when it is finished.
Selection criteria
All five, not four.
We check them on the call.
You run a store, a SaaS or a digital product that takes money today — or you are ready to launch one within 30 days. Nallo needs a real business to operate, not a hypothesis.
A storefront (Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom stack via NalloMiner), a Stripe account and at least one ad account. Read-only to start; write scopes when you decide.
It will change prices, move budget and answer your customers — under the rules you set. If you want a tool that only advises, this beta is not for you.
Thirty minutes a week. You tell us what it got wrong. That is the whole price.
Incorporation, VAT and GDPR are handled for EU entities today. Other jurisdictions come after the beta.

Questions
What does « free for life » cover exactly?
The monthly subscription, waived permanently — no €200, €600, €1,600 or €2,500 ever. The revenue share still applies: it is how Nallo gets paid, and only when it actually generates revenue for you. If it generates nothing, you pay nothing.
What if I am not selected?
You go on the waitlist and we tell you why. Most rejections are timing — no live business to operate yet, or a stack we cannot reach in this cohort. Reapplying later is fine and we keep your file.
Can I sign up without the beta?
Not yet. There is no self-serve signup while the beta runs. The pricing page shows what it will cost at public launch, so you can decide whether it is worth waiting.
Do I keep the free plan if you get acquired or change pricing?
Yes. It is written into the beta agreement you sign at onboarding, and it survives a price change. Read it before you sign — we would rather you were sure.
Who owns the business Nallo operates?
You do, entirely. Nallo works through your accounts, in your company, and can be disconnected in one click. Nothing about the beta changes that.
What happens after three months?
The feedback commitment ends and nothing else changes. You keep the free subscription and full access.
